Health Age now reads "years older" under your score instead of a plus sign and a number. It's the change I'd notice first in iOS 27.2 beta 3, which the video, filmed on an iPhone 18 Pro Max, calls a minor update.
At a glance
| Build | 24B5099f |
|---|---|

| Modem firmware | 2.20.04 on the iPhone 18 series |
| Final release, the video's guess | Monday, October 19 |
Health app tweaks
- Health Age history. Hovering the graph shows the start of each week instead of a date range.
- Ranking bands. The scale shifted: purple now covers minus one to plus one year, and the next band starts at plus two.
- Calculate Health Age. The setup screen gets a glyph, a larger title, and left-aligned text that used to be centered.
- Longevity tab. The results section and its New badge both grew.
The bigger Health story is still the iOS 27.2 Health app redesign from beta 1; beta 3 tweaks its labels.
Elsewhere in iOS 27.2
- Battery icon. Settings finally uses the new battery glyph, which beta 2 still showed in its iOS 26 form.
- Messages. Silenced pinned conversations now carry a glyph saying so.
- Private Cloud Compute Report. It replaces the Apple Intelligence Report under Privacy & Security for some testers, once the phone finishes optimizing.
- Siri settings. Reset Hidden Suggestions moves to the top of the Suggestions section.
- TV app. A splash screen introduces Apple TV profiles, which you can now create from the iPhone.
Two items aren't features you'll see. The build patches AirLift, an iOS sandbox escape, per the video. And call context in the Dynamic Island, found in the code, isn't live yet; the video couldn't get it to appear. On Geekbench the video's Pro Max scored 11,288 multi-core against 10,711 on the previous build, with no difference the video could feel in use. iPhoners testing Health should know Apple lists a known issue where personalized summaries in the Insights tab may not generate.
The video expects the release candidate on October 13, the day of Apple's rumored product event, with the final build six days later. That's a guess, and a release that skipped 27.1 entirely hasn't kept a normal schedule so far.
