Twelve South's ButterFly SE 25W is a travel charger for an iPhone and Apple Watch that closes into a small two-disc bundle. This model raises the phone side to Qi2 25W, a useful match for iPhone Duo's wireless charging ceiling. The second disc is a magnetic Watch charger, and the folded body can also become a small viewing stand.
The company lists a weight of 3.52 ounces, about 100 grams, and dimensions of 3.15 by 2.4 by 0.98 inches when folded. A color-matched braided USB-C cable is included. A 30W or stronger USB-C adapter is required but not in the box, so the tidy travel shape still depends on the plug you pack.

Two devices can charge at the same time: an iPhone on the 25W pad and an Apple Watch on the second disc. Twelve South also says the phone pad can charge a wireless AirPods case, so it can take the earbuds in place of the phone.
It can't charge all three at once. There are only two charging surfaces.
The hinged discs can prop up a phone as a small stand. That is useful for a closed Duo, but the balance of a case-equipped Duo with its large display open isn't established by the product page. Treat the viewing mode as an extra until that fit's checked.
ButterFly SE suits travel with a Duo and Watch when a 30W USB-C adapter is already in the bag. Anyone who needs simultaneous iPhone, Watch, and AirPods charging needs a three-position dock instead.
