Orbit is an iPhone routine builder that puts three kinds of step beside a glowing orb: timed, counted, or simply marked done.
Start with a template. Pick an evening wind-down, for example, and adjust the steps to fit what you actually do. A timer can adapt to recent completion times instead of sticking to your first estimate. Once you start, the current step follows you onto the Lock Screen and Dynamic Island, where you can advance without reopening the full app. A reminder marks the end of a timed step.

The streak system gives you a little room to miss a day. Five consecutive completed days earn a freeze; when you return, Orbit offers to rescue a streak that your saved freezes can cover. I prefer that explicit choice to treating every gap as a fresh start. It still uses streaks and levels, so I'd choose Orbit for someone who enjoys those counters.
The developer's fact sheet is unusually specific about the limits: unused freezes reset each month, and the friend leaderboard is optional. There are no written reviews in the US feed to compare against that account.
Orbit is worth considering when the hard part of a routine is moving from one known step to the next.
