Finishing a habit says little about how hard it was to keep. Meridius is an iPhone habit tracker that adds three weekly writing prompts to the daily checklist, so you can record what helped, where you struggled, and what you want to carry into next week.
Start with a template or create a habit with a name and emoji. Choose a simple completion check or a measurable target such as minutes of exercise, then set its rhythm. The Today view groups habits through the day, while each habit has a calendar and completion history. Apple Watch support lets you log from your wrist. You can also invite an accountability partner who sees progress and can send encouragement.

The reflection interests me most. Meridius's FAQ describes three prompts that ask you to look beyond the completed boxes. For example, a note about an awkward work schedule could explain why you missed an entire week of morning walks, something a percentage leaves unexplained. The website plays down streaks, although the store description and actual interface still include streak counts. Expect those numbers to remain visible.
This suits someone who wants a short written record alongside a habit list. The US review feed was empty when checked, so there's little independent feedback to weigh against the developer's account.
