Finally Read is a read-later app for iPhone and iPad running iOS 26 or later, with a Newspaper view that assembles a daily front page from articles you've already saved. The material comes from your own backlog, so opening Finally Read means returning to something that previously caught your attention.
Send a page from Safari's share sheet or add its URL inside Finally Read. Existing collections can also be imported, including links from Instapaper and Pocket. Newspaper arranges the saved material as a front page; Shuffle offers one article at a time when browsing the full list becomes another delay. Smart Lists let you combine filters such as reading time, status, and tags, creating a smaller queue for a particular occasion.

The developer's documentation describes offline reading and sync through your own iCloud account. I find the daily front page the more interesting reason to try it. Saving a link is already easy; giving a neglected article another chance to be read is the problem this layout addresses. iPhoners with years of accumulated bookmarks should have plenty of material for that experiment.
Start with a small import. Check how the articles you actually read appear in the reader. A useful first test is whether Newspaper leads you into one complete article before you return to collecting links.
