A recipe can wait until Saturday. Laytr is a bookmarking and reminder app with three main views: Now, Timeline, and Library. Save something from the share sheet, choose when you want it back, and it returns to the top of Now at that time. You can postpone the choice too.
The 9to5Mac introduction describes a useful division of jobs: Now covers the immediate items, Timeline lets you look ahead, and Library holds the archive. A saved item can be a place or screenshot as well as an article. Search includes recognized text in screenshots, which gives a captured ticket or instruction a route back into view without remembering its filename.

There are limits to what gets preserved. Laytr's support guide says pages that require a login or build their content with JavaScript may not produce an offline article. Social and video posts remain links. I appreciate that distinction because a bookmark and a lasting copy solve different problems. The same guide documents iCloud sync and archive export, so saved material can move beyond the phone that captured it.
I'd begin with a small group of return dates, a useful trial for iPhoners collecting things for a particular evening or trip. The test is whether those items reappear when you can act on them, before the archive becomes another place to forget.
