Genug is a habit tracker for iPhone organized around 7 fixed areas of everyday life, with room for your own habits inside them. Instead of protecting a streak, you look at a week of colored squares and decide which parts of life have had enough attention.

The rhythm is yours: set a habit for every day, particular weekdays, or a number of days within the week, then check it from Today. A weekly reading goal can still happen tomorrow without pretending it happened today, while Week shows how the areas compare across Monday to Sunday. Open a habit for its history and target. Optional Apple Health access can check supported habits when their goals are reached, such as a step count.

Weekly targets appeal to me. appgefahren highlighted the absence of streak pressure in its launch coverage, but also found the original fixed checks limiting. The documented custom habits address that limitation. One restriction remains deliberate: you can only check today, so forgetting to log something leaves a gap even if you actually did it.

Genug makes sense to me as a daily check-in, especially for habits that need a place somewhere in the week. It'd be a poor fit for reconstructing a precise activity log afterward.
