ShiftCam SnapStand Max extends from 28 cm to 180 cm, turning a magnetic phone mount into a full-height selfie stick or tripod. That range is its reason to exist.
A pocket stand can prop up a phone on a table; this one can put the camera near eye level when there is no table at all.

Eight aluminum sections form the telescoping support, and the head opens through 200 degrees. The fold-out tripod legs make it useful for a solo shot, while a detachable Bluetooth shutter lets you trigger the camera from a distance. ShiftCam lists a 350 g weight and a folded size of 280 by 59.3 by 48.2 mm. It fits a bag more readily than a pocket. ShiftCam rates the removable remote for up to 10 m, useful when you want to step into a group frame instead of staying beside the tripod.
The magnetic connection works with MagSafe iPhones and compatible magnetic cases. I would check the exact case grip before extending an expensive phone to the full height outdoors. Wind and uneven ground matter more at 180 cm than they do in a desk demonstration. At full extension, choose a level surface and a calm spot before letting go of the phone.

For handheld shooting, I would keep a ShiftCam camera grip. SnapStand Max belongs in the bag when a solo shot needs the phone away from my hands.
