The redesigned Health app is gone from iOS 27.2 beta 4. iReviews shows the new layout from the iOS 27.2 Health app redesign replaced by a note that the redesigned app will be available later this year, and guesses it moves to iOS 27.3.
Apple Music loses its red in the same beta. The icon turns plain white with a black glyph (inverted with dark icons), the Music widgets follow suit, and inside the app the tab bar now highlights in blue like the rest of the system. Smaller touches round it out. Siri's new chat button fades from black to white instead of a colorful gradient, the Preview icon gets a cleaner blur in clear and tinted modes, and code in the beta lets VoiceOver speak at the same time as Siri and dictation.
iReviews reads the beta 4 build number, which ends in the letter A, as the final beta. From that the channel predicts the release candidate on October 19 and the public release on October 26, in step with Apple's promise of new Siri languages in October.
Pulling a Health app that already looked finished this late reads to me as a problem Apple found under the hood. Anyone holding off on 27.2 for the redesign should plan on a longer wait.
