9to5Mac has tested a long line of desk chargers and says the Cuktech 15 is the first without a compromise for an Apple setup. It's a small tower with 140W of total output, enough to fast-charge a 14-inch or 16-inch MacBook Pro, plus two wireless pads.

The front carries a USB-A port, two USB-C ports and a retractable USB-C cable that pulls out and snaps back magnetically, the channel's favorite part. On top sits a 25W Qi2.2 pad for an iPhone, and lifting it reveals a second pad for AirPods with magnets for alignment. A screen shows the wattage per port, though the two wireless pads share one combined reading. The tower recognized Apple devices as they were plugged in, and a MacBook Pro at about half charge drew 66W while an iPhone Duo, an iPhone 17 Pro and AirPods Pro charged alongside it.

An unfolded Duo holds better on the pad upright than sideways, where its weight makes it droop, which the video puts down to the phone rather than the charger. The one thing the channel would add is an Apple Watch charger, and it doesn't miss one at a desk.

The 140W is a shared budget, so I'd expect a 16-inch MacBook Pro to get full speed only when little else is plugged in. The 66W in the video came with three other devices on the tower, which is how most desks look.
