1. Who we are

iPhoner is a personal blog and social channel network run by Eugene. The main site is https://iphoner.com and related accounts live on TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube under @iphonerdaily.

2. Data we collect

• Email address - only when you subscribe to the weekly newsletter.
• Usage data - anonymous stats about page views, clicks, and referring links collected through Ghost’s built-in analytics and privacy-friendly cookies.
• Messages you send - any info you email to hi@iphoner.com, including app suggestions or feedback.

No payment data, precise device identifiers, or location tracking are collected.

3. How we use the data

• To deliver the App Digest newsletter.
• To see which posts or videos resonate and which flop.
• To reply when you reach out.

4. Cookies and similar tech

Ghost CMS sets a few first-party cookies so the site runs smoothly and remembers your preferences. Embedded videos from YouTube may set their own cookies - YouTube's cookie policy applies to those.

5. Third-party services

• Email delivery - Mailgun.
• Content hosting - MagicPages servers in the EU.
• Video embeds - YouTube.
  Each provider meets GDPR requirements and has its own privacy notice.

6. Your rights

Depending on your region you can:

• Ask for a copy of your data.
• Request correction or deletion.
• Object to processing or request we limit it.

7. Data retention

Email addresses stay on the list until you hit Unsubscribe or ask for removal. Analytics data is kept 24 months, then aggregated or deleted.

8. Changes

We may tweak this policy to reflect new laws or new features. The Last updated date up top will change - that is your heads-up.
