If you email or DM an app tip, screenshot, or comment you grant us a non-exclusive right to feature it in posts or videos. You confirm you have the needed rights to share it.

4. No paid promotions

Apps are featured on merit. If a post is ever sponsored it will be clearly marked - none are at the moment.

5. No warranty

All information is provided 'as is'. We test every app but cannot promise it will work on your exact device or never change. Install at your own risk, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

6. Limitation of liability

iPhoner will not be liable for any loss, damage, or data wipe arising from using an app we mention, the site itself, or any linked resource.

7. External links

Links to the App Store, YouTube, or other sites are provided for convenience. We are not responsible for their content or privacy practices.

8. Changes to terms

Updates may happen when new features launch or laws shift. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept the new terms.
